Can I make changes on a running project?
If you have sufficient privileges, you can make changes to any project. The company’s management or project managers are authorized.
Where do I find out the status of the project in progress?
The project overview contains information on how many % of the work is completed. After opening the project, you have a complete overview of the status of all tasks, including the planned completion date.
Can I create a process consisting of two “micro processes”?
Yes. Individual processes can be connected as needed.
What if you need to do work that is not part of the project?
For these cases, we recommend creating one company project, called, for example, “Individual tasks“, and adding partial works to it that are not related to anything else.
What happens if an employee does not complete the task on time?
The alert icon immediately informs the project manager that there is a risk of a project delay. In the overview of subtasks, the task is visibly marked as not completed. How the managers react is up to them. For example, it can urge the solver, hand over the work to someone else or postpone the completion date.
Can I work on tasks that are not a priority, but have them on my work schedule?
The assistant suggests, but does not limit. The list of tasks to work on ranks based on priorities for the entire company and tells you exactly when the work should be completed. If you meet the delivery deadlines, you can adjust their order. In such a situation, you may not be fully aware of the possible impact on other projects, and you can easily delay other project deadlines.
Is BranchIS also available as a mobile application, or is it necessary to work via a web browser?
A simplified mobile application is available as well.
On what basis does the assistant decide in the case of projects with the same priority?
The main priority for the Virtual Project Assistant is project completion time. The assistant reserves time and human resources for the given project. In the case of overlapping projects, eg due to lack of resources, the assistant will warn you that the project cannot be completed within the given deadline. The assistant allows you to work around the plan, but always informs you of the problem. The project manager must decide what has the highest priority. He has the option to allocate more resources and speed up work or postpone the completion date.
Is it possible to connect/integrate BranchIS with other programs/tools?
Yes, BranchIS can be integrated with all systems found at www.make.com. Nonetheless, before you start integrating, think precisely about the particular results. It is easy to connect two systems; errors occur in scenarios that do not come to your mind at first (exceptions from the set process, errors in the input data, etc.). It is usually better to leave integration to professionals.
What is artificial intelligence in charge of?
Artificial intelligence constantly optimizes the work schedule. It alerts solvers and managers with an orange or red warning about tasks that are in danger of being delayed due to circumstances or that have already been delayed. It will also let you know about everything important by notifications and/or by e-mail.
Is it possible to attach a file to a task or project?
Yes, it is. You can place an attachment, a link from a shared repository, or a link to YouTube or Vimeo, either to a project or directly to a task. The attachment will be visible to all users who have rights to the project.
Is BranchIS required to install?
You do not need to install BranchIS. It is entirely sufficient with an internet browser. You can also use an application for smartphones
Do we need any training to work with BranchIS?
Working with BranchIS is very simple and intuitive. A five-minute demo with an interactive guide available immediately after registration is sufficient for basic training. You can also take part in a free regular one-hour demo, in which we answer your questions. Alternatively, use an individual demo in which we will focus only on you. Complete documentation is also prepared on the web and in the application, and a series of “how to” videos will help those who do not like to read. We have another level of assistance ready for larger teams. Experienced process consultants, integrators for connecting other systems and other specialists. Can BranchIS be used as a CRM system?
BranchIS is designed primarily for autonomous and dynamic process control, not as a replacement for CRM systems. While BranchIS does not currently include features such as contact databases, communication history, or tools for building business relationships, we understand the importance of seamless integration. That’s why we’re excited to announce that CRM-related features are on our roadmap! In the meantime, you can easily connect BranchIS to your existing CRM system via Make, allowing you to efficiently manage order processing at the individual employee level.
